After completing my law degree, I worked for the government. I then had my own company, but I was fed up with the inefficiency and red tape associated with bureaucracy. I realized that I had chosen the wrong profession and I decided to take a sabbatical year to come to the UK to learn English properly, to travel and specially to see what other opportunities this country could offer.
Fortunately, I am a person who adapts and integrates easily and what helped me was my great interest in learning about other cultures and ways of life. I worked as a waiter and as a motorcycle courier to cover the rent expenses and English lessons. I also studied a certificate in business administration.
My achievements are that I learned the language, and I am the owner of a medical courier company that provides the service of delivery and collection of medical samples, organs, blood for transfusion, medicines for hospitals and private clinics, as well as for veterinary clinics.
My other achievement is owning Kankun sauces, where I sell my own recipes. I distribute my product in premium supermarkets like Whole Foods and Selfridges, Mexican restaurants and online stores in the UK and in other European countries.
I have always promoted Mexico in any opportunity that I have, especially with my Kankun brand products (https://kankunsauce.com/). I am very proud to be Mexican, and I like to share all the good things about my country.
